On this page, you can find current builds for the tabSRMM plugin. They are built from trunk code which means they can contain bugs, even major ones. Before using them, you should always backup your current installation of Miranda, all your plugins and, most importantly, your database.

Also, these snapshots can contain incomplete things - new features may not be fully implemented or working, some things can be missing. Like always with development builds - use them at your own risk, make backups before installing them - you know the procedures...

The builds provided here are compiled with Visual C++ 6.0 and therefore do not need any additional installs like runtime or other libraries.

About the new version number system

The version number consists of 4 numbers and looks like a.b.c.d. The first number is the major version, currently at 2 and this number will not change for a longer period of time.

The last number (d) increases with every new build published on this site, while the 3rd number (c) will increase when a new Miranda nightly (see here for more) is published. The second number (b) will increase when major new features are added to the plugin. This means that a new Miranda nightly is considered more recent than any version published here, but sometimes it can be possible that the version from this site is more recent, because official Miranda repository containing tabSRMM will not be uddated daily.

To find out which version you are using

• In Miranda, open the options and navigate to the plugins node. In the list, locate tabsrmm.dll - you'll find the version number there.
• In windows explorer, right click tabsrmm.dll and choose Properties from the context menu.
• With an open message window, choose Help->About from the menu bar (hit Ctrl-T to show the menu bar when it is not visible).

If you are not sure, which build you must download and use, please refer to the installation instructions.

Updater support

If you are using the updater plugin, it will automatically notify you of new versions posted here or when a new Miranda nightly with an updated tabSRMM is published.

You have to enable "Beta" version checks in the updater plugin configuration (goto Services->Updater and make sure, the beta column shows TRUE for tabSRMM.)

Additional downloads

• Nova Icon pack (submitted by Angeli-Ka)
  To install, simply unpack the archive and copy the included tabsrmm_icons.dll into your <Miranda root>/icons folder, overwriting the existing icon pack. You will have to restart Miranda afterwards.
